How can I return items?

If any items from your order don’t suit you or don’t fit properly, you may return them to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To receive a shipping label for your return, contact our Customer Service team (hello@thekeepers.shop) and provide your order number. We will then send you a label that allows you to return the goods.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
