Returns, Refunds & Complaints

Yes. You may return any non-custom/not personalised items within 14 days of receiving your delivery if they are unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original packaging.

The costs of return shipping are covered by us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected. Custom-made products cannot be returned. For detailed returns, refunds & complaints, please refer to our Returns page.
